Pines Fuel Brokerage
We connect commercial fuel buyers with qualified fuel suppliers through an established supplier network. You tell us the product, the volume, and the delivery point. We source it and manage the agreement.
Fuel Procurement,
Handled for You
Most commercial buyers do not have the time to qualify terminals, compare rack pricing, negotiate freight, and chase a delivery that did not arrive. That work is what a brokerage does. Pines Fuel Brokerage sits between the buyer and the supplier and takes responsibility for the outcome.
We maintain relationships with suppliers, terminals, and carriers across multiple regions. When a request comes in, we match it against suppliers who can meet the specification, the volume, and the schedule, then quote you a delivered price.
We do not lock you into a single source. Having more than one qualified supplier per product and region is what keeps deliveries moving when a terminal runs dry, a rack price spikes, or a carrier goes down.
Who this is for: contractors, fleet operators, farms, plants, municipalities, and any business buying fuel in commercial volumes rather than at the pump.

What We Source and Manage
Each service below is available on its own or as part of a broader supply agreement covering multiple products and sites.
Bulk Diesel Supply
On-road and off-road diesel in transport and tank wagon quantities. Delivered to your yard, jobsite, plant, or bulk storage on a scheduled or on call basis.
Gasoline Supply
Regular, mid-grade, and premium gasoline for fleet tanks, cardlock sites, and commercial storage. Ethanol-free product sourced where the market supports it.
DEF Sourcing
Diesel exhaust fluid in totes, drums, and bulk. Supplied alongside diesel deliveries so equipment running SCR systems stays in service.
Fleet Fueling
Recurring fills for trucking, delivery, service, and municipal fleets. Set frequencies, after-hours windows, and volume reporting for each site.
Construction Fueling
On site fueling for excavators, dozers, loaders, generators, and light plants. Wet hosing and tank placement for active jobsites.
Emergency Fuel Supply
Short-notice supply for storm response, outages, and unplanned demand. We work the supplier network to find product and a carrier that can move it.
Supplier Sourcing
Identification and qualification of suppliers for a specific product, region, or specification, including backup sources for accounts that cannot go without.
Fuel Procurement Consulting
Review of current supply arrangements, pricing structure, tank capacity, and delivery frequency, with recommendations you can act on or take to your current supplier.
Long-Term Supply Agreements
Term contracts covering volume commitments, pricing mechanics, delivery windows, and service standards for operations that need predictable supply.
National Supplier Network
Access to suppliers and carriers outside our home region for multi-state operations, project work, and accounts with sites in more than one market.
How the Brokerage Works
Four steps from first call to delivered fuel. Most quotes go out the same business day the request is received.
Tell Us the Requirement
Product, grade, volume, delivery address, tank size, and how often you need it. If you are not sure what you need, we will work through it with you.
We Source and Quote
We take the request to suppliers who can meet the specification and the schedule, then quote a delivered price with the freight and terms shown.
Delivery Is Scheduled
Once you accept, we set the delivery with the supplier and carrier, confirm site access and hours, and give you the delivery window.
Ongoing Supply
Recurring accounts move to a set schedule with documented volumes. We review pricing and frequency as your usage changes.
Pricing is quoted per request. Fuel markets move daily, so we do not publish a rate sheet. Send your volumes and locations and you will get a current number rather than a stale one.
Who We Supply
The brokerage works with operations that buy fuel in commercial volumes and cannot afford a supply gap.
Send Us Your Fuel Requirement
Include the product, estimated monthly volume, delivery locations, and tank sizes. If you have a current supplier and want a comparison, send a recent invoice and we will price against it.
