What We Collect
Used Fryer Oil
Spent vegetable oil, canola oil, soy oil, and other oils from commercial deep fryers. This is the primary feedstock for biodiesel production.
Cooking Grease
Animal fats and mixed cooking greases generated during food preparation. These materials are also suitable feedstocks for our processing operation.
Yellow Grease
Previously used cooking oil and grease that may contain food particles. We accept this material from grease trap collections where applicable.
